Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1
Arrival in Srinagar
Meet and transfer to your hotel or houseboat. Evening shikara ride on Dal Lake.
Day 2
Gulmarg day trip
Drive up to Gulmarg for the Gondola cable car and snow views, then back to Srinagar.
Day 3
Pahalgam excursion
Full day in Pahalgam — Betaab and Aru valleys — returning to Srinagar by evening.
Day 4
Departure
Mughal gardens (Nishat & Shalimar) if time allows, then transfer to the airport.
